They are open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays).

Papyrus is a helpline for young people (age 35 and under) at risk of taking their own life. It is staffed by trained professionals who give non-judgmental support, practical advice and info to people who are worried about how they are feeling, or, anyone who is concerned about a young person, especially suicide.

Zoë, who heads up this initiative, specialises in supporting teenage girls with low body confidence, eating disorders and body dysmorphia.
