Control Zones

We can’t always control our circumstances and potentially stressful situations, but did you know that we can control how we respond to them? This sheet is helpful if you’d like to consider different ways of managing stressful situations and help define what could be in your control.

Powerful Pivots

We have more control than we know over our thoughts, and changing our thoughts can change how we deal with life. This printable is especially helpful if you’d like to change some of your thinking patterns for the better. Why not take the time to re-write how the story might look? There is an example to get you started!

Word Cloud

What does self-esteem mean to you? What are some words that come to mind? This is a great start into thinking about the topic with some examples to get you started! There’s space for you to draw and doodle too if you’d prefer that!

Social Media

Too much social media can impact our self-esteem for the worse. This printable has some questions to get you thinking about the link with social media and your own self-esteem. Why not download ‘my social media reflections sheet’ if you’d like to change some habits around social media use?
