Our Training Programme equips and enables you to become a Know Your Worth Esteem Builder and deliver our 8 week self-esteem course in your own context with the teenage girls you work with*.

*These courses can only be run under an official organisation and cannot be charged for.

FAQS

  • To become a Know Your Worth Esteem Builder you need to be based in the UK and have sufficient experience in working with young people. This opportunity is ideal for Youth Work Professionals and School Staff with roles in education, charities, churches, council services, local authorities, community based projects etc. 

    (‘Esteem Builders’ differ from our Know Your Worth ‘Staff Facilitators’ who can be booked in to run the course in your setting)

  • No. Once you receive your Esteem Builder licence, the courses you deliver can only be run under an official organisation and cannot be charged for.

  • We know that many of those working with teens are very stretched for time. So our training programme has been designed to be as time-efficient as possible.

    Our high quality training is delivered on a one day course - completed in person. We run a number of training days across many locations so please do get in touch to find out when we’re next near you.

  • Follow the in-person training day, you will receive your Know Your Worth licence which enables you to run the course as many times as you’d like within a year and to access all of our content that you’ll need -  you simply need to register each new course you deliver.

    Licences will need to be renewed once the year has ended by paying the license fee and attending a top-up training session every two years.

  • £500 per trainee (Esteem Builder)

    We do offer a Charity/Small Organisation discount, please get in touch for more information.

    What does this include?:

    • Training day

    • Annual Licence

    • Access to our Esteem Builder Hub (where you’ll find all of our content you’ll need)

    • Facilitator manual

    • Participant manuals for the first course you run (after which it’s £6 per manual)

    • Activity Cards for the Course

    Annual Licence Renewal Fee = £250 (after your initial annual licence expires)

    Third Year Renewal including a ‘Refresher Course’ = £350

Want to train your team?

We can also deliver this training in-house with your team. We’ll come to your location and train your staff to become Esteem Builders.
