Workshops & Bespoke services
Alongside our 8 week self-esteem course, we also offer a small selection of workshops that we can run in your school/community group/service. All of our workshops are still centred around growing self-esteem but we explore this through different topics. In addition to this, we can offer bespoke services for your setting, such as 1-1 mentoring, assemblies and more.
‘Empowered’
Empowered is our one hour workshop with a focus on the power of words and how we can alter the healthiness of our internal narrative.
Healthy Relationships
An ideal workshop for PHSE lessons, our healthy relationships workshop explores how our sense of self-esteem can have an effect on the healthiness of the relationships we keep. Within this we delve into staying safe online, red flags/green flags and our values within a relationship.
